 College Square Mall in central Iowa is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the mall management team in accounting, marketing, leasing, operations and general office tasks. Specifically, this position will:
• Greet visitors, answer calls, distribute mail,
track office supplies, and keep track of PTO time.
• Oversee accounts payable documents,
maintain accounting files, and track/record
timesheets for payroll.
• Assist with customer service, track press
coverage, maintain schedules for displays,
and maintain kids club program.
• Assist with generation of license agreements
and service contracts, as well as maintain
and administer lease files.
Qualified candidates must have 2-3 years of general office experience, a proficiency in MS Office (word, excel, and powerpoint), and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Position is full-time with benefits from 8:30-5:00pm. Some nights and weekends are required.
