Convenient Stroller Vending
We offer fun animal-themed strollers that your little ones are sure to enjoy. Units that carry one or two children including infants are available. All strollers come equipped with storage bags mounted to the handle for easy access of personal belongings. Find the stroller rental in mall's theatre wing near Customer Service and the arcade. The initial cost is just $5 with a $1 deposit refunded upon return of the unit.
ATM/Cash Station Machine
For your convenience, two ATMs are available at College Square Mall. They are located in the Younkers wing (in front of Scheels) and the West Wing (in front of Just for Kids).
Customer Service Center
Located in the Theatre Wing, the Customer Service Center is available to help customers with general information, mall-wide gift card purchases, free wheelchairs and rental strollers. A valid photo ID is required when checking out a wheelchair or renting a stroller.
Fun Bunch Kids Club
Kids ages 3 - 11 are invited to become members of College Square's Fun Bunch Kids Club. Membership is free and children can enjoy some really cool store discounts and special offers. For more information, or to join, call 319-277-3636 or stop by the Mall Office.
Gift Cards
For gifts that fit, are always the right size, exactly the right color…College Square Mall Gift Cards!
College Square Mall Gift Cards are the perfect gift for any occasion and are accepted at most College Square merchants accepting the Discover card. Gift Cards are available at the Customer Service Center during all mall hours. Gift Cards may be purchased in any denomination from $20 up to $500. We accept cash, business checks, Visa, Master Card, and Discover. Activation fees apply to each card sold. For large orders, please call (319) 277-3636 and we can have your gift cards ready for you to pick up.
Handicapped Parking/Entrances
Handicapped parking is provided for our guests near all mall entrances and anchor store entrances. Businesses in the College Square Mall complex each provide handicapped parking in their individual lots. Entrances with automatic doors can be found at the Food Court on the north side of the mall and the Theatre entrance located on the southwest corner of the mall near the College Square Theatre.
Mall Management OfficeThe College Square Mall management team is housed on the property and is here to assist shoppers. The Mall Management Office is located in the Theatre Wing of the mall next to Customer Service. Contact the Mall Office for lost and found items, leasing information or general assistance. Mall Office hours are 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Contact the Mall Office by calling (319)277-3636.
RestroomsCollege Square Mall provides clean, handicapped accessible restrooms adjacent to the Mall Office in the Theatre Wing or in the South Hallway near Younkers. Public restrooms are also available in Younkers and Von Maur.
Public Pay Telephones
Public telephones are provided at each mall entrance for our shoppers' convenience.
U.S. Postal Service
Hy-Vee Food Store provides a U.S. Postal Service substation. Mailboxes are also available next to the mall offices in the Theatre wing. Daily pick-up (Monday - Saturday) at 9:30 a.m.
